Contact Hands On Labor: 24/7 Professional Staffing Services

For standard requests with advance notice, dispatch confirms roster assignments promptly. For urgent same-day or next-morning needs, call the Hands On dispatch line at 619-814-5576. Crews stand ready across San Diego County for rapid emergency deployment.

We specialize in three core sectors: entertainment & events (stagehands, field forklift operators, riggers, AV techs, load-in & strike crews), construction & trades (general labor, skilled tradespeople, site preparation), and warehouse & gear handling (truck loaders, container crews, palletizers, shop support, dock workers). For projects requiring specialized trade skills or custom crewing, call dispatch directly.

We serve all of San Diego County—including downtown San Diego, Chula Vista, Otay Mesa, El Cajon, Escondido, Carlsbad, and Oceanside. For major events and commercial build-outs, our crews also mobilize across Southern California. Contact dispatch to confirm site coverage.

You can submit a staffing request online through our Request Staff & Day Labor form, which takes about 2 minutes to complete. For urgent needs, our 24/7 dispatch line can be reached directly at 619-814-5576. Existing clients can also view schedules through the Client Portal Hub.

Every worker on our roster undergoes in-person screening, skill verification, and trade safety orientation. We track site performance across assignments and dispatch proven crew members. For certified roles like OSHA-10 laborers or certified forklift drivers, credentials are confirmed before they arrive on site.

Call dispatch immediately. We back every placement with a 4-hour replacement guarantee: if a worker fails to meet jobsite expectations during their first 4 hours, we replace them immediately and waive billing for those initial 4 hours.
