Where do you recruit your employees?
We accept applications daily. However, we vet workers in-house before we send them to work for our clients. Our Human Resource Department thoroughly evaluates all of our employees to ensure top-quality personnel. We comply with all client background check requirements.
Does my price/quote include workers compensation?
Yes! The Bill Rate that you receive includes all wages, taxes and insurance.
Do Hands On Labor Inc. employees get paid each day?
No. Employees get paid every two weeks.
What if I don't like the employees sent?
We offer a "four hours free" program. If you determine that you are not happy with our temp employee within the first four hours, we will replace the employee at no charge.
What if our company wants to hire one of the temporary employees?
Our philosophy is simple: employees are our assets and offer solutions for our clients. Simply contact us about the employee in question, and we will work out a simple transition for the employee to your staff.
